There is Merit in Giuliani 2020 US Election Cases

Summary: There is ample merit in Rudy Giuliani’s cases with regard to 2020 US election. The American media is fixated on Giuliani’s hair dye, sweat etc, and showed little interest in the merit of the case. This article describes an alternative perspective of the cases, which is broadly shared by a large population of the world.

There is ample merit in Rudy Giuliani’s cases with regard to 2020 US election. The narrow interpretation of the courts that “presence of an election observer”, is limited to physical presence, and that observation is inconsequential, is ludicrous.

The American media is fixated on Giuliani’s hair dye, sweat etc, and showed little interest in the merit of the case.

The verdicts are laced in flowing English language, comparable to scripts of famous novelists like Shakespeare, bedazzling common folks.

The world at large believes that the role of a judge is not to produce delightful scripts (as judgement), which are suitable for a drama or a movie, but to examine facts of the case, with due diligence.

It is strange that the courts acknowledged that the election observers are held at bay, but insist on evidence. How can evidence be gathered, when election observers are not allowed to observe the process? How can courts miss this apparent contradiction?

It should be vividly evident, that the responsibility of producing evidence, that Mail-In voters are legal voters, and have filled and sent the Mail-In ballots intended for themselves, rests on the shoulders of the state, and not on the plaintiff.

The courts acknowledged that the transparency of the process was questioned unlimited times by the plaintiff, but failed to provide any sort of relief.

The glorified American justice system is seemingly confused about evidence, and processes like transparency, which produce evidence.

It is definitely not out of bounds of any court, of any state, to direct the state, to provide a transparent account of a public process, to the plaintiff. Sadly, none of this happened.

The lack of transparency of the 2020 US election process, lack of appreciation of full merits of the cases filed by Giuliani, lack of appreciation of fundamental terms of justice, and the denial of justice, are glaringly visible “All Across the World”.
